02Personal data processed

When you submit the quotation (RFQ) form, the following data reaches us:

• Identity: first name, surname, job title
• Contact: corporate e-mail address, telephone number
• Transaction: the organisation you represent, requested process, material, quantity, lead time and notes
• Technical files: the drawings and CAD files you upload (as a rule these are trade secrets rather than personal data)

• Evaluating your enquiry and issuing price and lead time
• Manufacturability (DFM) review and engineering feedback
• Running order and despatch processes if a contract is formed
• Managing non-disclosure agreement processes
• Meeting legal obligations and evidencing in case of dispute

04Legal basis

Processing relies on Article 5/2(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Article 5/2(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interests) of Law No. 6698.

Where processing is required for a non-essential purpose, your explicit consent is obtained separately.

05Collection method

Data is collected electronically through the website quotation form, e-mail and telephone.

06Transfers

Service providers established outside Türkiye are used for site infrastructure and e-mail delivery. This means your personal data is transferred abroad.

Your data may be transferred to the following categories of recipient, limited to the purposes above:

• Hosting and content delivery provider — serving the site (outside Türkiye) [[VERIFY: final provider]]

• E-mail infrastructure provider — delivering form notifications (EU) [[VERIFY: Brevo]]

07Retention

• Enquiries that become contracts: 10 years under commercial and tax legislation
• Drawings and CAD files: the period agreed in the NDA; destroyed immediately on your request

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed

• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
